Industrial halls, warehouses and logistics centers have special challenges, such as reliable and durable protection against water, dust, vibration and mechanical impacts or high ambient temperatures. Tyr handles all these challenges without compromising on light quality or energy efficiency.
Tyr saves energy consumption at norm-compliant lighting without losing the level of illuminance or lighting comfort. Due to the high light flux and the accurate light distributions fewer luminaires are required. This saves additional investment and installation costs. Furthermore built-in motion sensors and daylight-dependent light control reduce energy consumption.
The design makes Tyr attractive for architecturally demanding public areas such as market or fair halls, stations or airport halls. We used die-cast aluminum as material to reduce the weight as much as possible and to achieve optimal thermal management in the luminaire.
